This season the West High football team’s season wasn’t a very hot season and here is why. We lost to Topeka 40-14, Emporia 52-6, East 57-0, Northwest 76-7, Louisburg 49-6, Southeast 53-0, South 41-8, Junction City 55-7, but luckily, we won against North with a score of 42-15. This season these players that had the top stats are Lee Straughter having 8.0 receiving yards per game, Colby Eck-Watkins with 64.8 rushing yards per game with 1 rushing TDs, Je’Vaun Darnell with 1 total touchdown with 1 receiving TDs, Treshawn Johnson with 7.4 tackles per game also with 1 interception, Antonio Logan with 1 fumble recoveries , Wyatt Powell with 3 QB Hurries, and Wyatt Powell with 3 QB hurries.
